At Aiptek, we provide Warranty Service for all our products that were purchased at an authorized retailer and are under the 1 year manufacturer's warranty.   New Products are covered by a 1 year manufacturer's warranty against defect. This warranty only covers defects in material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover User inflicted physical damage, and may be voided by performing unwarranted acts such as opening the unit or modifying the internal  or external components or body of the product

Refurbished Products
 are covered by a 30 day manufacturer's warranty against defect. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover User inflicted  physical damage, and may be voided by performing unwarranted acts such as opening the unit or modifying the internal or external components or body of the product.

For Defective Products please fill out form below to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) service number and instructions for how to return your product.

Accessories are covered by a 6 month (180 day) manufacturer's warranty against defect. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover User inflicted physical damage.

Batteries
 that are included with your product are covered by a 6 month (180 day) manufacturer's warranty against defect. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover User inflicted physical damage.

If you have received a product that is missing any of its included accessories (this includes battery/batteries), you must notify Aiptek within 30 days of the receipt of your product.  You must also provide proof of purchase from an Authorized Reseller or a Receipt in order for us to process your claim.
