I am using an international credit card, but my shipping address is
in the U.S. Can I order from you? |

A: Unfortunately we only accept
credit cards issued within the Continental U.S. The correct
address of the credit card used for the order must be used to place it.
All orders with foreign addresses will be canceled. |

Q: I just placed an order, but
the Tracking section doesn't show any information on my order being
shipped? |
|
A: After credit card and address
verification, we will ship the order the next business day from it being
placed. For same day shipment, the order must be placed before
7:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) We are not open on the weekends.
Try checking the Tracking section later the day it ships or the next day
for updated tracking info. |

Q: I would like to know the
shipping and handling cost to my area? |

A: We use UPS for all shipments.
We do not charge for handling. We offer 3 types of UPS shipping
methods. Based off your address and what you order, the UPS
website will automatically calculate your shipping cost during checkout.
The round about price for standard UPS Ground shipping is $6.00. |

bottom of my page or the https URL. Is this website secure? |

A: Our website is secure. The
site is on a "Frame", so you will not see the lock at the bottom of the
page, or the https URL. For insurance, when you want to checkout,
right click on the "Checkout" button and press "Open Link In New
Window". This will show you the secure features of the site. |
