HD Models with Mac OS |

The latest Aiptek HD camera files are MAC compatible: Action HD, A-HD+, Go-HD+, and A-HD. These use the H.264 .MOV video file format that can be uploaded and played back on you MAC using the current version of Quick Time Media Player or VLC for MAC. www.videolan.org |

For file upload, simply power the camera on and plug the unit into a USB port. Look on the desktop for the creation of new drives related to the camera. |

Note: MAC OS versions such as 10.4 or 10.5 may refer to the drives as Media, Internal, Untitled, or No Name. Internal will be the camera’s built- in memory. |

|
Users with MAC 10.4 or above can use the most current versions of Mac programs to create and burn DVDs. |
||
|
Example: Final Cut Pro 6. Please verify that the programs support 720P/1080P before use. Individual results will vary. |

Note: The installation disk included with these models is for Windows XP/2K only. Web Cam features are not supported on MAC OS. |

For file upload using models DV 4500 and DV 5900 switch the unit dial to playback and plug it in. For the models DV4100M and DV5100M plug the unit in open the LCD and select DISK from the LCD. |
